New Section …

… and several changes:

I added the competition results to the website, showing the three best monochrome and colour pictures. Additionally there is the leaderboard with the current standings towards the season final cumulated results.

As discussed at the Thursday meeting I started the member’s portfolio section with my own portfolio as an example. It is also the basis for discussion of the format. If you want changes, please discuss them at the club evenings; I am happy to improve the layout.

I would like to see all members contributing – please send me ( your selection of pictures and a short description and I try to place your page asap. Currently we don’t have a limit for the number of pictures shown in the portfolio, but I think that more than about 12 pictures will be too many. The format should not exceed the competition ones.

Last: there is a link to the syllabus – it can be downloaded.

I hope for some feedback.

Reminder …

… for submission of images to the second competition 2020/21:

Deadline: Thursday 19/11/2020

Please check your submission against the updated competition rules.

Please send your pictures for your personal portfolio to

New appearance

With the start of the 2020/21 season I have been offered the task as a webmaster for our club.

Unfortunately I found the current version of the site based on Joomla, of which I had only heard, but did not have any experience. With some changes of the site that left me more or less stranded I decided to redesign the site on WordPress and I hope, that this will work in future.

Currently there are not all elements of the old site reimplemented, but I will work to finish the redesign as soon as possible.

Until – please be patient and let me know of any flaws, errors and missing items.
